Species cross-reactivity
The monoclonal antibody cross-reacts with Perforin from non-human primates. See the Human/NHP cross-reactivity table.
The antibody also cross-reacts with Perforin from pig. See the Veterinary table
Analyte Information
PerforinPerforinPerforin (also known as PFN) is produced by cytotoxic T cells and NK cells as an effector molecule in the cell-mediated destruction of target cells. Perforin will facilitate delivery of granzymes which induces apoptosis of the target cell.
